Refund policy

**Clearance, sale items, and gift cards do not apply to our return and refund policy.**

We assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the personal nature of our items, all products must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for our return and refund policy.

 

Returns

Contact us at customerservice@soilandspice.com with your name and order number to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return label.

If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund. We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible, and if any problems arise, we are committed to making it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 


If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@soilandspice.com.
